HVFS Enrollment Process
Thank you for your interest in Hidden Valley Forest School!
We understand that every child is unique, and finding the right learning environment is an important decision. Our goal is to ensure that HVFS is the right fit for both your child and your family. To begin the enrollment process, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete Our Interest Form
This helps us learn more about your child and your family as an initial step in the enrollment process.
2. Schedule a Tour
Visit our campus to experience our environment and philosophy in action.

Please note: We highly recommend that the prospective student attend the tour with a parent or guardian.
3. Complete the Family & Learner Questionnaire
After your tour, you will be invited to complete our Family & Learner Questionnaire. This allows us to better understand your child’s learning style, personality, and your family’s educational priorities as we consider overall fit.
4. Schedule a Trial Day
Trial days take place from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and cost $40.
They are offered during the academic year and must occur during regular school hours.
5. Complete Enrollment Forms
If you choose to move forward after the trial day, enrollment forms will be sent through Brightwheel. Tuition invoices are also managed through this platform.
6. Secure Your Spot
Upon acceptance, a non-refundable $100 registration fee and the first month’s tuition are due within five business days.
Your child’s spot is confirmed once these payments are received.*
7. Submit Required Paperwork
All required forms must be completed prior to your child’s first day.
